The information you provide about yourself when creating a Job Applicant Account is used to create a default job search and e-mail notification of new jobs, if desired, and to submit job applications. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete job postings and job applications.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the communications we receive by e-mail or the website "Contact Us" form. Such addresses are not shared with outside parties except to the extent necessary to fulfill requests for job placement assistance.

If you provide a contact e-mail address in the "E-mail" field under the "Contact for Applicants" heading of your posting, you authorize job searchers to submit applications to your e-mail address through the MDWork.com website. Your e-mail address will not be visible to the job applicant through this process.

If you request notification of new jobs matching your criteria in your Job Applicant Account, you will received an e-mail of personalized job search results at the frequency you request, and you can disable this notification at any time.

When you apply to a job posting online using the MDWork.com website, the information you submit will be e-mailed to the e-mail address specified by the creator of the posting. These e-mail addresses are not verified by MDWork.com for accuracy or appropriateness. If you authorize your personal data to be sent with your job applications, by selecting the applicable check-mark in your Job Applicant Account, your contact and professional data will be included in the applications.

We use non-identifying and aggregate information for statistical purposes to better design our website and may share such information with employers and advertisers.

When you use the MDWork.com website, cookies are created on your computer to remember your website language preference, and, when you login, to allow you to choose to be remembered by the website from session to session.
