Scarborough, Ontario Established Family Practice | Supervision Available | Turnkey Patient Base
Position Overview
Eglinton Health Care is recruiting a Family Physician to join a well established, high volume practice in Scarborough, Ontario. This role offers immediate integration into a busy clinical environment with strong patient demand, full administrative support, and onsite CPSO approved supervision for eligible candidates.
This opportunity is ideal for US trained physicians, IMGs, and CPSO applicants seeking a stable, turnkey practice with predictable earnings and a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Compensation & Structure
• Annual earnings target: $300,000–$350,000
• Four month income stabilization (no overhead)
• 20% overhead after stabilization period
• Permanent / long term position
• FHO model available – income stability for one full year
Practice Environment
• Busy, established patient base with strong ongoing demand
• Full administrative, billing, and clinical support
• Integrated specialist services: Internal Medicine, Cardiology, Neurology, Pediatrics
• Diagnostics and allied health onsite
• Supportive environment for IMGs and US trained physicians
• Turnkey practice with predictable patient volumes and smooth onboarding
Requirements
• Licensure (or eligibility) with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
• American Board Certified or Board Eligible Family Physician
• CPSO supervision available (physician onsite)
• CMPA coverage
• Strong communication, professionalism, and teamwork skills
• Commitment to collaborative, multidisciplinary care

• LMIA sponsorship available
• Full support for licensing, supervision, and onboarding
• All licensing administration, CPSO paperwork, and onboarding documentation handled by our team
