Target Gross Income: $360,000 – $500,000+ annually (Fee-for-service via Doctors Manitoba/MHHLS based on 40 hours/week). Contract Completion Bonus: $50,000 lump sum upon fulfillment of the 5-year term. Overhead Structure: 0% deduction for the first 3 months if you have less than 120 visits per week and if you have more than 120 visits per week overhead will be 10% to maximize initial capital retention.
