Job Summary
We are seeking a curious, collaborative Physician to join Aeon Future Health on a part-time basis (minimum 2–3 days per week) with a defined path to full-time practice. Aeon Future Health is a private longevity, preventative medicine, and fitness clinic based in Calgary. Co-care—where MDs, NDs, RNs, Nurse Practitioners, and allied care professionals work together to provide comprehensive and personalized care—is foundational to our clinical model.
The ideal candidate is a physician who brings strong clinical fundamentals, a genuine enthusiasm for learning longevity medicine, and an interest in helping shape our long-term vision. Guided by direct mentorship and professional development support from our Medical Director, you will initially focus on longevity and preventative care. Over time (12–18 months), you will have the opportunity to expand into an exclusive, highly tailored primary care experience holding a dedicated client panel.

Responsibilities – Participate in comprehensive health assessments, including medical history, lifestyle factors, diagnostics, and risk evaluation. – Develop and oversee personalized care plans focusing on key longevity pillars such as hormone optimization, gut health, nutrient/iron infusions, and metabolic management. – Order, interpret, and act on advanced laboratory testing and investigations within scope. – Collaborate closely with Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, NDs, nutritionists, and fitness professionals to provide integrated co-care. – Engage in ongoing professional development and credentialing in longevity and preventative medicine, leveraging mentorship from clinic leadership. – Educate clients on their health risks, treatment plans, and long-term wellness and disease-prevention strategies. – Participate in the long-term strategic evolution of the clinic’s care model, with the future opportunity to build and manage a dedicated private primary care panel (200–250 patients). – Operate effectively in a structured, private-pay environment where defined service standards apply.

Qualifications – Medical degree (MD) from an accredited medical school. – Active medical license in good standing with the CPSA (Alberta). – Previous clinical experience in primary care or general practice; mid-level/mid-career physicians looking to transition or expand into longevity medicine are strongly encouraged to apply. – Strong clinical judgment, diagnostic skills, and a keen curiosity for preventative and functional care models. – Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused, collaborative demeanor. – Openness to learning and receiving ongoing mentorship in specialized longevity protocols.

Benefits & Compensation – Competitive and flexible compensation models commensurate with experience and structure (including competitive hourly/daily rates, or a fixed salary for full panel management with equity/options potential). – Dedicated clinical mentorship, training, and fully supported professional development/credentialing opportunities in longevity medicine. – Flexible part-time scheduling (2–3 days/week) with a clear, supported trajectory toward a full-time role. – A supportive, team-based work environment with high patient engagement and low volume compared to traditional fee-for-service models.
