THE ROLE
You’ll deliver comprehensive primary care to a diverse patient population, working with a degree of autonomy that reflects your expertise. Day-to-day, this includes:

• Comprehensive assessment, diagnosis, and treatment across a full range of presentations
• Ordering and interpreting diagnostic investigations
• Managing chronic disease, preventive care, and acute presentations
• Appropriate referral and coordination with specialists and allied health
• Maintaining accurate clinical documentation in line with RACGP standards
• Contributing to quality improvement and practice accreditation activities

You’ll work within a collaborative team of GPs, nurses, and allied health professionals. Clinical decisions are yours — there’s no interference from management in how you practise medicine.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR
We’re looking for a GP who is clinically confident, genuinely enjoys the breadth of general practice, and wants to work in an environment where the focus is on the patient, not the paperwork.

You will have:
• Current registration with AHPRA (Medical Board of Australia), or eligibility to obtain
• Fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM — or an equivalent overseas qualification (see below)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, particularly across diverse patient groups
• A commitment to evidence-based medicine and continuous learning

Overseas-Trained GPs
Candidates holding the following qualifications are strongly encouraged to apply, and will receive full support through the registration and relocation process:

• MRCGP with CCT (United Kingdom)
• MICGP (Ireland)
• FRNZCGP (New Zealand)
• CCFP (Canada)
• Specialist in Family Medicine (Malta)
• Certificate of Specific Training for General Practice (Netherlands)
• Member of the Academy of Family Physicians, or Master in Family Medicine (Malaysia)
• Diplomate in Family Medicine (Philippines)

RELOCATION & SUPPORT
Relocating is a significant decision, and the practice takes that seriously. The relocation package is designed to make the transition genuinely smooth — financially and logistically:

• $50,000 relocation assistance paid on commencement
