Hope Centre Health Care Inc. is located in the North End of Winnipeg and is seeking two Term Family Physicians to join our team. We are a community health centre that provides primary care, counselling services and outreach services to our local community. Driven by our vision of creating healthy and engaged communities, we promote health and quality of life for people of every age. We are committed to the provision of a high standard of holistic health care that is motivated by a practical concern for all people. We recognize each person as a unique individual. Our mission is to work with individual, families, and groups within the community to promote physical, emotional and spiritual health.

This position is supported by a professional team of Nurses, Counsellors and Community Outreach staff with Social Workers and Community Outreach worker, along with receptionist and administrative staff.

This position is also supported by another physician on staff who has been with us for over 20 years and is well connected with the community and the clients that we serve from the community.

Position Details:

Position 1: May 2026 – September 2027 (Term Position; 0.5 EFT) Position 2: June 2026 – June 2027 (Term Position; 0.5 EFT)

HOURS OF OPEERATION : Mon – Friday 8:30 A.M. – 4:30 P.M. (times to be determined)

SALARY RANGE: Per the Doctors Manitoba Contract
