The Initium Centre for Pain Medicine is looking for physicians with an interest in chronic pain to join our practice. As a level 3 accredited facility, we are able to provide patients with advanced interventional procedures including axial spine injections and radio frequency ablation under ultrasound and fluoroscopic guidance.

Our team consists of anesthesiologists and physiatrists with fellowship training in pain medicine. In addition, our team includes a sports medicine physician as well as a network of allied health professionals to provide continuity of care.

For physicians applying out of province or country, we are able to assist in the licensing and credentialing process.
