We are a community pharmacy located in Casselman, Ontario, looking to partner with a Family Physician (GP) interested in establishing or relocating an independent practice in our town.
We can offer turn-key clinic space inside (or adjacent to) the pharmacy, with flexible options for part-time or full-time practice. This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values small-town community care, continuity with patients, and the convenience of being co-located with a modern pharmacy team.
What We Offer
Clinic space: Private exam room(s) and shared waiting area within our pharmacy premises
Flexible hours: Part-time or full-time schedule, including the option to start gradually
Support options:
Reception support and appointment booking (if desired)
Assistance with EMR set-up and workflow (if needed)
Independent practice:
You maintain full clinical and business independence
You bill OHIP (and other payers) directly
We charge fair market rent for the space, not linked to prescriptions, patient volume, or referrals
We are open to discussing different practice models, including:
Rostered family practice
Combination of booked appointments and same-day/walk-in style visits
Hybrid in-person and virtual care

A physician joining our community can quickly build and sustain a robust patient panel while enjoying a more relaxed small-town environment.
Ideal Candidate
Licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practise in Ontario with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Certified in Family Medicine (CFPC) or equivalent training and experience
Interested in building a stable, community-focused practice
Comfortable collaborating closely with pharmacists and other healthcare providers, while maintaining full clinical independence
