Qualification Requirements

| Education |
College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
|
| Experience |
Experience in Family Medicine, Walk-In/Urgent Care, Chronic Disease Management, Preventive Care, and managing a high-volume patient panel.
Internationally trained physicians with CFPC/CPSO eligibility or certification are welcome. |
