Position Overview

We are seeking full-time Family Physicians for modern, well-equipped family practice and walk-in settings. You will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to patients of all ages, supported by experienced administrative staff and advanced EMR systems.

What You Can Expect

Start Date: Mid-November 2025 (for new Edmonton location).
Practice Model: Family Practice + Walk-In Clinic with both in-person and virtual appointments.
Patient Volume: 50–60+ patients per day once fully established.
Schedule: Weekday shifts (approx. 7 hours) and weekend shifts (approx. 5 hours), with flexible vacation coverage among clinic physicians.
EMR: CHR or equivalent, with full billing support.

Compensation: Fee-for-service model ; estimated annual earnings of $450,000–$550,000, depending on patient volume and schedule.

Responsibilities

Deliver comprehensive primary care, preventive health, and chronic disease management.
Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions; prescribe medications and therapies as appropriate.
Coordinate lab and diagnostic investigations, referrals, and follow-up care.
Perform minor office procedures within training and comfort (e.g., suturing, joint injections, cryotherapy).
Maintain accurate and compliant EMR documentation; complete AHCIP billing in accordance with CPSA standards.
Participate in virtual consultations and collaborate with other providers for continuity of care.
