Qualification Requirements

| Education |
- MD licensed to practice in Ontario
- Must be able to bill OHIP directly for assessments and eligible counselling services (e.g. K codes) - Comfortable using virtual care platforms |
| Experience |
Experience in a walk-in clinic or family practice setting is an asset
New graduate family physicians are welcome to apply! |
| Certifications |
Valid independent practice license with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario (CPSO)
Certification in Family Medicine and member of the College of Family Physicians of Canada (CFPC) |
