| Community Description |
**Community Description**
The clinic network spans three distinct demographic zones, balancing high-demand rural hubs with a high-density urban center. This geographic spread guarantees immediate patient volume, rapid roster saturation, and sustained clinical demand. **Rural & Commuter Hubs (Selkirk, Beausejour, Morden)** * **Catchment:** Function as the primary medical access points for expansive surrounding agricultural and commuter populations. * **Clinical Demand:** Structurally underserviced regions resulting in acute demand for both longitudinal family medicine and walk-in care. * **Proximity:** Accessible commutes from Winnipeg; direct access to regional lakes, provincial parks, and outdoor infrastructure. * **Clinical Demand:** Exceptionally high daily foot traffic driving continuous walk-in volume and rapid patient turnaround. |
