Family Physician – Turnkey Practice (High Volume)
Volume Driver: High-density rural catchment areas guarantee immediate schedule saturation. Zero patient acquisition delay enables maximum billing efficiency from week one.

Financial & Incentive Structure

  • Compensation: $360,000 – $500,000+ annually (Fee-For-Service).
  • Overhead Split: 80/20 (Physician/Clinic) fixed for 5 years.
  • Onboarding Incentive: 0% overhead for the first 3 months.
  • Relocation Allowance: Up to $20,000.
  • Benefits: Optional 50/50 cost-shared Group Benefits Plan (health, disability, dental) or MMA coverage.

Practice & Clinical Environment

  • Patient Volume: Established clinics with immediate, high-volume patient base. No ramp-up period required.
  • Infrastructure: Turnkey setup including fully equipped examination rooms, dedicated medical supply inventory, and onsite pharmacy.
  • Support: Full administrative and billing support provided to maximize clinical efficiency.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (or 6:00 PM). Optional evening/weekend shifts for additional revenue generation.

Clinical Scope

  • Comprehensive primary care, chronic disease management, and preventive medicine across all demographics.
  • Hybrid model utilizing both walk-in and appointment-based care.
  • Diagnostics, lab test interpretation, prescribing, and minor procedures.
  • Maintenance of patient records to provincial standards.

Requirements

  • Medical Degree; English proficiency.
  • Eligible for CPSM and CFPC licensure.
  • Active CMPA coverage (or equivalent).
  • Clear Criminal Record, Child Abuse, and Adult Abuse registry checks.
  • Execution of a 5-year Return of Service (ROS) contract.
