Details: The Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (WRHA) and The University of Manitoba, Department of Surgery (business addresses noted below), are inviting applications for a full-time plastic surgeon to fill our labour shortage in Manitoba. Main job duties include diagnose and treatment of diseases, prescribing medications and treatment, ring patients for surgery, ordering lab tests and x-rays and other diagnostic procedures, consulting with other physicians as required, which job duties encompass 70% of the position . Qualifications: The successful candidate must hold a Doctor of Medicine Degree with specialization in Plastic Surgeon. The successful candidate must be eligible for certification with the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, and registration with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba. Compensation: Compensation is derived from fee-for-service income with a minimum income guarantee of $586,500.00/annum. Specialty Physicians may be eligible for a recruitment incentive.
