Northern Health is seeking a Family Physician with full-scope skills/experience to join a well-established, full-scope Family Medicine clinic in Fort St John BC, a young and growing community!

The expected commitment is 4 days/week (32 hours) in the clinic/office as well as hospital inpatient work: compensation is based on patient panel. In addition to clinic/office and inpatient work, there may be opportunity for additional Fee-For-Service income opportunities, including:

• ER, 8-hour shifts available, up to 6 shifts per month
• Surgical assists
• Maternity
• Primary OB
• Advanced OB with C-section (if qualified)
• Outreach to nearby First Nations communities

Fort St. John Hospital is a new state-of-the art 55 bed hospital and 123 bed residential care facility serving a population of approximately 23,000 and a catchment area of approximately 70,000. The Emergency Room sees 25,000+ visits per year.
