ROLE AND FACILITY INFORMATION Teaching opportunities, support of the Division of Family Practice actively involved with community partners and Northern Health in the primary care clinic including multi-disciplinary teams. ABOUT OUR CLINIC EMR system MOIS. Associates are paid $180.00/hour for an 8 hour day. This rate is take-home with no overhead or additional expenses deducted. Associates are required to work 3-4 full days a week in clinic. Associates are paid consistently every 2 weeks. Full time Associates are provided 8 weeks vacation time per year. There is opportunity to generate extra revenue through services outside the clinic such as ER, OR, Prenatal clinic, etc. This is all billed privately and Associates keep 100% of these earnings. We are on an alternate payment model, our clinic is not solely FFS based. |

May be eligible for additional remuneration in accordance with the Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) including:
Retention Premium 21.35% Retention Flat Fee $24,577 Relocation Funding Available $9,000 - $15,000 (TBD) Recruitment Incentive $20,000 Other Benefits/Incentives Compensation Type: Innovative Funding based on panel size, complexity rating and QI indicators. Income from other courses, I.e. maternity, ER, OT. REEF (Rural Emergency Enhancement Funding) and MOCAP (Medical On Call Availability Program) available on top of MSP billings. Rural Education Action Plan (REAP) available. Rural Continuing Medical Education (RCME) available. Relocation funding available: $15,000 if relocating from outside of Canada; $12,000 if relocating within Canada but outside of BC; $9,000 if relocating within BC. ** Rural Subsidiary Agreement (RSA) funding is subject to change without notice.** |

ABOUT FORT ST JOHN
With a population of 23,000 and growing, Fort St. John is the largest city in Northeastern BC with daily flights to Vancouver and Calgary. You can enjoy a wide variety of activities from camping, hiking and lakeside fun in the summer, to sledding, ice fishing, and cross-country skiing in the winter.
