Details:

Looking for a Family Physician to provide temporary physician relief services in multiple locations within Prairie Mountain Health. In addition to a core practice of primary care, inpatient, acute care and long term care at the Personal Care Homes, the physician will also be required to participate in the ER schedule for the Emergency Department and Personal Care Home.

Prairie Mountain Health Corporate Office is located at 192-1st Avenue West, Box 579, Souris, MB R0K 2C0

Qualifications:

Must be eligible for licensure with the College of physicians and surgeons of Manitoba Must be a member in good standings with the Canadian Medical Protective Association CCFP preferred ACLS PALS
Compensation:

Compensation is derived from fee-for-service billing as per the current Manitoba physician’s manual negotiated in the Master Agreement between the Minister of Health and Doctors Manitoba Further remuneration is available to the physician by providing Emergency Department coverage. Remuneration for this would be in the form of on call stipends and fee-for-service billing as per the current Doctors Manitoba agreement for Basic A and Basic B Hospitals. Fees will be dependent on volume of services provided. Competitive rate of overhead charged
Responsible for arranging own benefits, if desired
