Details: The College of Medicine at the University of Manitoba and the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority welcomes applications for an Academic Family Physician. This position will be based in the Department of Family Medicine’s urban residency training stream and will be located at ACCESS Winnipeg West within Grace Hospital. The teaching clinic and the hospital operate under the umbrella of the Winnipeg Regional Health Authority (for more information go to www.wrha.mb.ca). This position offers the opportunity to provide clinical care as well as the opportunity to teach and supervise Family Medicine residents and other learners. There is also the ability to engage in scholarly activity and administrative work as negotiated. The successful applicant will take on a leadership role as the site Education Director with an annual commitment of 0.2 EFT.
