The North Bay Regional Health Centre, Service of General Psychiatry is seeking a Permanent General Psychiatrist to join its team.

The Service of General Psychiatry manages a 30 bed Adult Inpatient Unit (AIPU) diagnosing and treating patients with a variety of serious mental Illnesses. Psychiatrist with this service also provide outpatient services via various outpatient clinics.

The successful candidate will be expected to participate in the Department of Psychiatry hospital on-call rota, provide ECT services to inpatients and outpatients and consult liaison services to the medical units of the organization.

This position will be remunerated with a competitive monthly clinical stipend with opportunities for additional OHIP billing income, Northern Specialist APP, Hospital On-Call Compensation (HOCC) stipends and teaching stipends.
