Outpatient only. Mon to Thur 8-5. No Call or OB. Local hospital has 24hr ER and hospitalists for inpatient needs. All Specialists available either at local hospital clinics or Fredericton 1 hour away. Friendly, helpful and well-trained office staff will support your transition into the practice seamlessly. . Busy and respected practice with nice patient base. Very profitable. Modern and clean new building. 3 exam rooms, private office for MD, usual waiting room and separate large administrative area. Separate nurses station/intake area with electronic BP and scales. Use either provincial EMR (which is all in place) or paper charts alone (in transition at this time). Efficient office so easy to take over. I am 62 and diagnosed with breast cancer. and will be out for a year. Any length of locum over 3 months is workable. Also, if interested you may stay on permanent as a second physician or transition to taking over the practice. I own the building and all contents so am very negotiable.
At this point the practice is closed until furhter notice. You can start up at whatever speed you want. The community is loosing 4 FPs in one year, not including me, so plenty of need. Could also open it as a Walk-IN clinic if preferred.
